Uploading videos is quick and easy. To get started, simply tell us about yourself and your video. Then upload your file (see maximum size below) and a thumbnail (optional). Your video should appear in the User Video Library within 24 hours. If you experience problems or don't know how to upload a video, click here for help.

	This will display with your video. If you don't have an Epicurious username, use the name you'd like displayed with your video.

	Please provide the e-mail address you used when registering on Epicurious

thumbnail image (optional)
	A thumbnail graphic is used to display a link to the video. We recommend uploading one that is already sized to 120 x 90 to avoid distortion of the image. Formats: JPEG only. If your thumbnail doesn't meet these requirements, you will not receive an error message but your thumbnail will not appear with your video. For more information, click here.
* video
	Maximum size: 100 MB. Video file types: Windows Media (.wmv), QuickTime (.mov), AVI (.avi), MPEG (.mpg). If your video doesn't meet these requirements, you will not receive an error message but your video will not appear in the User Video Library. Dial-up Internet is not recommended for uploading videos.
* topic
keywords (optional)	Separate keywords with a comma - 10 keywords maximum.

I represent and warrant that the video I submit is my own original work, it has not been copied from others, and it does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.  I also understand and agree that by uploading a video, I specifically consent to the Epicurious.com User Agreement and Privacy Policy.  In particular, I grant CondeNet a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, enhance, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, display, or sublicense my video or any portion thereof in any medium (now in existence or hereinafter developed) and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so.

I accept the terms of the Video Submission Policy and understand and agree that registration and or use of this site constitutes agreement to its User Agreement and Privacy Policy .
